Water Heater

From one gallon point of use water heaters to large residential seventy-five gallon water heater. I will install your water heater or supply and install one from my stock. Water heaters will be installed to code specifications with seismic strap, temperature and pressure relief valves and drain line. Venting will be checked for proper ventilation. Gas flex line will be replaced and gas valve will be checked for replacement.

Sprinklers

I will work on sprinklers from replacing a sprinkler head to mapping out and installing an entire sprinkler system with valves and automatic timer. I can install large area rain-bird type systems to drip systems for individual plants. I can install wired timer systems with a timer box or battery operated system on each sprinkler valve.

I will perform small repair paint jobs on areas where paint is pealing, cracked or discolored to match existing paint from surrounding area.

I will patch any hole in drywall, plaster, or stucco. The wall will be prepped, sealed, sanded or textured, and made ready for paint.

Carpentry

I will replace sections of broken, rotted, or insect compromised wood to whatever extent is necessary. I will replace wood around the base of toilets. I will reinforce existing structures and rebuild parts of structures which can not be saved. I will repair cabinet doors, drawers, and cabinet flooring. I will repair chairs, tables and other wooden furnishings.

I will replace tiles that are cracked, or completely missing. I will re-tile up to an entire wall. I will replace small sections of tile on floors around fixtures.

I will rewire light fixtures. Replace outlets, switches, and circuit breakers. I will install light fixtures, add new outlets, and hook up stereo equipment.
